StoneWave Skate Park
The StoneWave Skate Park is located right next to the beach at Pa'ia Bay just off Hana Hwy in Pa'ia on Maui's north shore. StoneWave was the dream of Blaze Anderson and a labor of love for a lot of people. Nine years in the making, it opened to skaters in 2005.

Word in the Park
StoneWave Skate Park is open after renovations of been completed. Blaze and the original RCMC crew put time in recently to repair coping and tile, and to boost the 8' bowl to a 10' with 3' of vert. Come down and see the differences!
The county’s Department of Parks and Recreation paid for 95 percent of the supplies and materials. PYCC ED Susun White and StoneWave Founder Blaze Anderson put together a Gofundme project and the community poured in support. Michael Baskin of Paia Inn donated the lodging for RCMC workers. Nuestro Futuro donated $10,000. The kids at Paia Youth and Cultural Center got permission to sell hats and solicit donations at a table next to Milagros, which raised $3,752.25. Other donations came in from Flatbread, Cafe Mambo, The Wine Corner, Hana Ranch Provisions and Maui Roller Girls. -from MauiTime Weekly article
Also mahalo to Grant MacDonald for his continued help with maintainence, electrical, and general contracting at StoneWave and PYCC.
